What This Extension Does

RepsPublic is an AI-powered sales coaching tool that provides real-time assistance during sales calls. The Chrome extension displays floating widgets with transcription, objection handling, and qualification tracking.

Data We Collect

• Audio data: When you click "Start Recording," the extension captures audio from your selected screen, window, or tab. This audio is streamed to our transcription service (Deepgram) to generate real-time text transcripts.
• Transcripts: The text generated from your audio is sent to RepsPublic servers for AI analysis, including qualification tracking, objection detection, and coaching suggestions.
• Authentication tokens: We store a session token locally in your browser to keep you logged in.
• Workspace data: Your workspace ID is stored locally to connect you to your team's shared resources.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide real-time transcription during your calls
• To generate AI-powered coaching suggestions and objection responses
• To track qualification criteria (MEDDIC, BANT, etc.) across your conversations
• To improve our AI models (only with anonymized, aggregated data)

Data Storage & Security

• Audio is processed in real-time and not permanently stored
• Transcripts are stored on secure servers hosted by Render.com and Supabase
• All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption
• Authentication tokens are stored locally using Chrome's storage API

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate:

• Deepgram – Speech-to-text transcription
• OpenAI – AI analysis and coaching suggestions
• Supabase – Database and authentication
• Render – Server hosting

Your Rights

• You can stop recording at any time by clicking the Stop button
• You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us
• You can uninstall the extension at any time, which removes all locally stored data

Data Retention

Transcripts and call data are retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
